We sincerely apologize for the delay in the delivery of your order and for any inconvenience this may have caused.

This notice is regarding a shipping delay for the following items:

Timeless Treasures Byul / Lilith (TS-05)
Timeless Treasures TAEYANG / Nosferatu (TS-06)

As previously announced on December 14, the products destined for the United States have already been shipped from the factory.
To minimize delays, the shipment is currently in transit to the United States via two shipping routes: DHL and UGX.

At present, we are closely monitoring the tracking information for both DHL and UGX and are in close communication with the responsible staff.
Based on the information available as of December 18, 2025, the DHL shipment is expected to arrive at the U.S. warehouse on or after December 24 (tentative).

Once the products arrive at the warehouse, we will promptly conduct inspections and begin shipping orders to customers immediately.

Due to unpredictable U.S. customs clearance conditions since this summer, delivery timelines have become difficult to forecast, which has unfortunately caused delays.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask for your continued patience and understanding.

At present, the products destined for the United States have already departed from the factory and are now in transit to the U.S. via two shipping routes: DHL and UGX.

Since this summer, the time required for customs clearance in the United States has become difficult to predict due to ongoing conditions at local customs authorities, which has unfortunately resulted in longer waiting times.

For this reason, as a precautionary measure, and to minimize any potential delays, we have arranged shipment through two separate shipping lines and are making every possible effort to ensure smooth delivery.

We truly regret the inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your patience while your order continues its journey.

Both items are scheduled to arrive at our warehouse in Japan next week.
Immediately after their arrival, we will arrange air shipment to our U.S. warehouse.

However, due to current global tariff fluctuations, shipments to the United States are currently taking longer than usual.

Once the products have arrived at our U.S. warehouse, we will begin shipping them to customers in the order received.
