【Important Notice】Temporary Suspension of New Orders from EU Member States

Today, we have an important announcement regarding future order acceptance for our customers residing within the EU (European Union).
New consumer protection regulations are taking effect in the EU, specifically EU Directive 2023/2673, which mandates the installation of an online "Withdrawal Button" to allow customers to cancel orders easily.
We have carefully reviewed our options to comply with this regulation. However, due to the technical specifications of our current e-commerce platform, it is physically impossible to integrate this specific cancellation functionality at this time.
To fully comply with international legal standards and to upgrade our store to a more secure and seamless purchasing environment, we deeply regret to inform you that we will temporarily suspend (reject) new orders from EU member states on our system, effective as of [June 13, 2026].

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
※Please note that the United Kingdom (UK) is not an EU member state; therefore, it is excluded from this suspension, and customers in the UK can continue to place orders as usual.
