We are pleased to inform you that the product has successfully cleared customs ahead of schedule, and the final inspection at our Japan warehouse has been completed today (May 22, JST). We are now preparing for the expedited air-shipment to our US warehouse.
【Crucial Update】 Addressing the Further Delay of "Pullip Sfoglia"
Dear Valued Customer,
We are writing to report a slight adjustment to the schedule due to a delay in ocean freight transportation.
1. Addressing the Root Cause: Why another delay?
Following the remanufacturing of the packaging to meet our quality standards, the shipment was prepared for transit. However, we have encountered a unilateral vessel schedule change by the shipping line.
To be blunt: while the product is ready, the global logistics infrastructure (port congestion and vessel rescheduling) has moved the goalposts. While this is an external factor, we take full responsibility for the resulting frustration this causes you.
2. Is the new schedule realistic?
We know that "estimates" have already been pushed back once. However, rather than giving you a vague "soon," we have worked with our logistics partners to provide the most realistic—not the most optimistic—timeline based on current tracking:
May 22 – 23: Rapid Customs clearance & Warehouse transfer
May 23 – 24: Priority Final Inspection
Immediately After: Expedited Air-Shipment (UGX) to our US warehouse
Note: We have accounted for the current port congestion in these dates to avoid further surprises, though we remain at the mercy of sea conditions.
3. Why should you continue to wait?
We are aware that some of you may be considering your options. Our commitment remains the same: we refused to ship a defective product in April because we believe the "Pullip Sfoglia" you receive should be nothing short of perfect. We are now fighting the logistics battle to get that perfect product into your hands.
We deeply apologize for testing your patience once again. We are monitoring this shipment daily and will provide immediate updates if any further shifts occur.
