【Important Update】Shipping Status and Apology: “Pullip Sfoglia”

Thank you very much for your continued support of our products.
We would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping of Pullip Sfoglia. We understand that many of you have been eagerly awaiting its arrival. We are writing to provide a detailed explanation for the delay and the confirmed schedule moving forward.
1 Reason for the Delay and our Decision:
Originally, the stock arrived at our warehouse in Japan in mid-April and was scheduled for shipment to the United States. However, during our inspection, we identified defects in the packaging.
We determined that we could not, in good conscience, deliver the products to our customers in their current condition. Therefore, to ensure the quality, we returned the entire shipment to our manufacturing facility in China to have the packaging completely remanufactured and repacked.
2 Reason for the Delay in this Announcement:
Following the discovery of the issue, we worked urgently to coordinate new shipping date. However, due to congestion in international logistics and the impact of the “Golden Week” holidays in Japan, it took longer than expected to confirm a guaranteed arrival schedule at the port.
We made the decision to wait until we had confirmed information before making an announcement to avoid causing further confusion. We deeply apologize for the time it has taken to provide this update.
3 Revised Shipping Schedule (Estimates):
- About May 13: Expected arrival at Port of Tokyo, Japan
- About May 15 onward: Customs clearance and transfer to our domestic warehouse
- About May 16 onward: Final inspection at our domestic warehouse
- As soon as inspection is complete: Products will be air-shipped sequentially to our US warehouse via UGX (Japan Post’s International express service)
