Notice to Customers Who Placed Orders
Thank you very much for your continued support of our products.

We would like to provide you with an update regarding the shipping status of the items you have ordered:

• Timeless Treasures Bloody Red Hood: (TS-03)
• Timeless Treasures Seila: (TS-04)

Both items are scheduled to arrive at our warehouse in Japan by about the end of this week.Immediately after their arrival, we will arrange air shipment to our U.S. warehouse. However, due to current global tariff fluctuations, shipments to the United States are currently taking longer than usual.

Normally, air shipments from Japan to the U.S. would take about 3–5 days, but at present it may take approximately 10–14 days depending on circumstances.
Once the products have arrived at our U.S. warehouse, we will begin shipping them to our customers in the order received.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and kindly ask for your patience until the products are delivered to you.

【 Regarding the Shipping Status of the “Choice” Category 】

We sincerely thank you for your continued support of our products.

As previously informed, some items in the “Choice” category had been delayed at the LAX facility for approximately five days. We are pleased to report that they have now safely arrived. Our U.S. warehouse staff is currently re-checking the condition of the items while proceeding with shipping preparations. We apologize for the delay and kindly ask for your patience until the products reach you.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the USPS staff for their dedicated efforts in carrying out delivery operations despite the extreme heat.

With regard to items ordered under the “Choice” category, following inspection by our Japanese staff, shipments have been divided into several batches from Japan to the United States as a precautionary measure. Some items have already been successfully delivered.

Normally, shipments pass through the LAX facility within a few days and arrive at our U.S. warehouse without delay. However, on this occasion, there has been an unusual hold at LAX, and the cargo has shown no movement for approximately five days.

Once customs clearance is complete, the shipment will be forwarded to our U.S. warehouse, where our local staff will conduct a final inspection before promptly arranging delivery to customers.

We sincerely apologize for the delay despite your anticipation. Please be assured that our team is closely monitoring the situation and preparing to deliver the products to you as quickly as possible. We kindly ask for your continued patience and understanding.
