Important Update: Temporary Interruption of Office Relocation and Impact on Shipping

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of our products.

We are writing to provide an important update regarding the relocation of our office and warehouse, which we previously announced.

While the relocation work was progressing smoothly, an unforeseen issue was discovered at the new location. As a result, we have been forced to temporarily suspend the office move.

Due to the fact that packing had already begun, we are currently in the process of returning to normal operations at our original location. This transition is unfortunately causing delays in the shipment of your ordered products.

Our target is to fully resume normal shipping operations on or after December 6th.

Regarding Shipping Delays:

* Normally, orders are shipped within 3 business days after confirmation.
* Currently, we are experiencing delays and shipments are taking approximately 5 to 7 business days.
* After the planned resumption of normal shipping on December 6th, we will prioritize processing orders that have experienced the longest delays.

We sincerely apologize for the considerable inconvenience this situation has caused to all of you.
