Important Notice: UPS Tracking Information Delays

UPDATE – January 28, 2026

We would like to provide further clarification regarding tracking delays affecting certain U.S. shipments.

We have confirmed cases where tracking activity only began appearing weeks after the actual shipment date once processing resumed. While this may create the impression that your package was only recently dispatched, please note that the shipment had already been physically handed over to UPS from our facility.

This delay occurred within the carrier's transportation and processing network and does not indicate that your order was held or unshipped by us.

We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and remain in constant communication with the carrier to resolve these delays. If your tracking status has recently updated, it signifies that your package has progressed into the carrier's active processing phase.

We sincerely appreciate your continued patience and understanding.

Thank you very much for your continued support of our products.

Currently, we have confirmed several cases where tracking information updates for UPS domestic shipments within the U.S. are significantly delayed.

Due to the high volume of packages following the year-end season, some delays in tracking updates have been reported across the shipping network.

Please be assured that your package is still in transit, even if the online tracking status does not reflect immediate movement.

We are actively monitoring the situation and communicating with UPS to ensure that your order is delivered safely.

If your tracking status remains at “Label Created” for more than 14 days after the shipment notification, or if your package has not arrived well past the estimated delivery date, please contact us via our Contact Us page.

We apologize for any concern this may cause and appreciate your patience.
