- Condition: This is a past item that cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Display Sample: This item was used as a display sample at exhibitions and stores. As it has likely been handled by many people, parts like the eye mechanism (including the eyelids) and arms may be more fragile than usual and could be damaged during shipping. Please understand this before purchase.
- Inspection: We carefully inspect each item before listing it online. However, adhesive materials like double-sided tape may have been used to secure items during displays, which could leave residue on hidden parts. Please be aware that we may not be able to address these issues after purchase.
- Exclusions: No doll stand is included, and some accessories may also be missing.
- Packaging: The original box packaging is not included.
- Storage & Odor: The sample doll is a past model that has been stored for an extended period in a warehouse exposed to Japan’s high-humidity summers. As a result, you may occasionally notice a slight odor. We kindly ask for your understanding.
- Material Notice (Polyurethane): The sample doll has been carefully inspected before being listed for purchase. However, if any materials made of polyurethane fabric are included, they may show signs of hydrolysis. Please understand this before making a purchase.

As a result, slight individual variations may exist in makeup, hair styling, painting, and overall presentation. Fine color variations may also occur between production batches, which remain within standard specifications.
・ Regarding Materials & Color Transfer: Due to material characteristics, prolonged contact with dark-colored clothing or accessories may cause color transfer to the doll body. This may also occur during long-term storage in unopened packaging due to sealed environments or temperature fluctuations. Additionally, if resin materials such as polyurethane are used (body plastic, outfit, accessories, synthetic leather, etc.), natural chemical changes (yellowing, discoloration) or degradation (cracking, stickiness) may occur over time regardless of usage (including unopened storage). These are inherent material characteristics and not product defects.
・ Regarding Handling: Outfits and component parts are crafted with extremely delicate details. Excessive force or strong friction may cause damage or paint peeling, so please handle with care. Avoid storage in places with high temperature, high humidity, direct sunlight, or excessive moisture, as this may lead to discoloration, deformation, material hydrolysis (stickiness/brittleness), odor transfer, or mold. Degradation resulting from storage environments or long-term unopened storage does not constitute a product defect. (Even for long-term storage, periodic maintenance such as removing the doll from packaging to expose it to air is recommended.)
・ Regarding Safety: Small parts are included. To prevent swallowing or choking hazards, never give this product to children under 15 years old.
・ Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect contents promptly upon arrival. For unopened products stored for extended periods post-manufacture, discoloration, color transfer, or age-related degradation discovered upon opening cannot be processed as initial defects for exchange or return.
