- Final Sale: This item is sold as-is, with NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, or REFUNDS. We are unable to accept any claims or complaints regarding this product.
- Condition: This is a past item that cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Display Sample: This item was used as a display sample at exhibitions and stores. As it has likely been handled by many people, parts like the eye mechanism (including the eyelids) and arms may be more fragile than usual and could be damaged during shipping. Please understand this before purchase.
- Inspection: We carefully inspect each item before listing it online. However, adhesive materials like double-sided tape may have been used to secure items during displays, which could leave residue on hidden parts. Please be aware that we may not be able to address these issues after purchase.
- Exclusions: No doll stand is included, and some accessories may also be missing.
- Packaging: The original box packaging is not included.
- Storage & Odor: The sample doll is a past model that has been stored for an extended period in a warehouse exposed to Japan’s high-humidity summers. As a result, you may occasionally notice a slight odor. We kindly ask for your understanding.
- Material Notice (Polyurethane): The sample doll has been carefully inspected before being listed for purchase. However, if any materials made of polyurethane fabric are included, they may show signs of hydrolysis. Please understand this before making a purchase.

• Individual Variations: This product involves handcrafted manufacturing processes. Consequently, slight individual differences may occur in makeup, hair styling, paint application, and overall presentation. Subtle color variances across production lots may also arise and fall within standard quality specifications.
• Material & Color Transfer: Due to material properties, prolonged contact with dark-colored fabrics or accessories may cause color transfer (staining) to the doll body. This may also occur during long-term storage in unopened packaging under sealed or temperature-fluctuating environments. Additionally, resin materials such as polyurethane used in parts of the product (body plastics, outfits, decorative parts, synthetic leather, etc.) may naturally undergo chemical changes over time (yellowing, discoloration, fading) or deterioration (cracking, stickiness), regardless of use or unopened storage. These are inherent material characteristics and do not constitute product defects.
• Handling Precautions: Outfits and delicate parts feature intricate details. Applying excessive force or strong friction may cause breakage or paint peeling; please handle with gentle care. Avoid storing in locations subject to high temperature, high humidity, direct sunlight, or significant dampness, as these conditions may cause discoloration, deformation, material hydrolysis (tackiness or embrittlement), odor absorption, or mold. Deterioration or alteration resulting from storage environments or prolonged unopened storage does not constitute a product defect. (For long-term storage, periodic airing and gentle maintenance outside the packaging are recommended.)
• Safety Warning: Contains small parts. Choking hazard. Never give to children under 15 years of age.
• Inspection upon Delivery: Please inspect the contents promptly upon arrival. We cannot accept exchanges or returns for initial defects regarding discoloration, color transfer, or aging-related degradation discovered upon opening items that have experienced an extended period since production.
