About Products delay

Dear Customer.

Regarding the products delay: We, GROOVE USA Inc sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Due to various reasons, the delivery of the goods is delayed from Factory to USA.
We are trying to get the products cleared through the warehouse by the end of this week so that orders to our customers (retailers) can be fulfilled.
While we are doing everything possible to ensure this does’t happen again, your understanding of our situation would be greatly appreciated.
